On September 8, Shaoxing Nante Crane Equipment Co., Ltd. ushered in an important moment in its development history – the company’s new plant groundbreaking ceremony was held in Dongguan Street. I saw on the site, the machine roar, dust flying, workers sweat like rain, busy figure formed a vivid construction picture. The new plant construction project marks a major leap for Nante Crane in capacity improvement and industrial upgrading, and also indicates a strong impetus for the company’s future vigorous development.

In the face of the company’s growing order demand and the production bottleneck of the existing plant, the company launched the construction project of the new plant. The project is located in Baojia Mountain Village, Dongguan Street, Shangyu District, with a total investment of 100 million yuan, covering an area of 21,500 square meters, including 18,500 square meters of production area and 3,000 square meters of headquarters building. After completion, it is expected to produce 4,000 sets of high-end crane parts per year, and can accommodate 200 employees for office operations, which is expected to be officially put into use in September next year.

The new plant has a superior geographical location, beautiful environment, and is surrounded by mountains and water. Starting from the garden plant design concept, combined with humanized design, it will certainly provide a comfortable and healthy working environment for all Nantes employees after completion. At the same time, the construction of the new plant has also integrated the Internet of Things and intelligent factors. By then, the cranes produced by Nante Crane will realize the whole Internet of Things interconnection and achieve the effect of monitoring the whole life cycle of the crane. As a new intelligent factory building, we will maximumly presenting Nantes’ intelligent material handling solutions, including automated cranes, automated AGVs, etc. And take into account the national development strategy of carbon neutrality, so in the design process of the new plant, we took into account the functions of energy saving and emission reduction, as well as the recycling of resources, so that the entire plant can achieve carbon neutrality and achieve zero carbon dioxide emissions.
